Dean Keddell is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in both 5-star hotels and independent restaurants. He is a Chef, Restaurateur, an award-winning Author, a Philanthropist, and a founder of the Bali Restaurant & Café Association.

The Backstory

Dean is the proprietor of Ginger Moon Canteen, his teams at all Ginger Moon Restaurants are his extended family and together they work relentlessly to showcase the very best of Bali. This team does so much more that serve food and drinks, the deliver cultural experiences that will remain fondly with all who visit, this is the cornerstone to all that they do.
